The average number of service visits is about 36-40 times per year, however we maintain the property as needed.

Average cut schedule:
4 times per month for Spring & Summer
2-3 times per month for Fall
1-2 times per month for Winter

When we estimate a monthly charge we consider this service schedule, the grass type, the lot size and landscape, and most importantly your vision for the property.
